Rates

12/1/09 to

4/30/10 Rate: $2,400/ week $395/day        (4 day minimum) Exc:Easter Week and Xmas

5/1/10-10/31/10 Rate: $2,100/week $350/day   (4-day minimum)

Christmas and Easter Vacation: $3,000/ week

Vacation rental conditions :

We kindly ask the guests to read the following, to avoid any misunderstandings : DEPOSITS: 50% deposit at time of booking, with additional $400 security deposit, which will be refunded two weeks after departure from a state side bank. DEPOSIT PAYMENT OPTIONS: Wire transfer to a U.S. bank or  mail a check to me if enough time exists. Only funds in my hand will hold a reservation date. BALANCE DUE PAYMENT: Balance must be paid at least one month before arrival . CANCELLATIONS: Any funds deposited will be forfeited unless we are able to rent that period to someone else. In the event we are able to rent to someone else, you may transfer your funds to another rental period but no refund will be made. The picture is of the Ventanas (window) cliffs about 6 miles south of our house. It’s really fun to kayak in that area.
