The House was designed specifically to fit the site by famous architect and Artist Gary Kincaid. Every room has spectacular oceanviews including the Master Bathroom 5′X6′shower. All furnishings were custom made with exotic tropical woods and include many hand-carved items and Boruca Indian Masks also beautiful Italian tile work. The house is approximately 2,800 sq. feet with many modern conveniences. The pool is a large infinity edge pool with a slide. I am told this is the largest private pool in Uvita. Ultimate privacy. Three Bedrooms , Master Suite is entire 2nd Floor which includes large bathroom and private deck ,Three Bathrooms,
